That's why ezMail offers straightforward, inexpensive campaign conversion services that can be purchased individually or included as a part of one of our full-service plans.

 

Our conversion services allow designers to work in the industry-standard page layout software they are already comfortable with and have their designs quickly converted to HTML and loaded into ezMail, ready to send.

 

 

 

How it Works

 

 

 

Step 1: You Design

Campaigns can be designed from scratch or from one of our many InDesign templates. For purposes of conversion, 1 inch = 100 pixels, so an email campaign that is 650 pixels wide would be designed at 6.5" wide in InDesign. There's no need to resize your images to web resolution. That will be taken care of during conversion. However, it is best to utilize web-safe fonts as much as possible (list available here). Any non web-safe text will become an image during conversion.

 

Step 2: Export

In order to prevent issues with missing fonts and image links, we prefer to receive campaigns for conversion in PDF or PSD format.

 

Step 3: Submit for Conversion

Once your files are exported and ready for conversion, send them to ezMail via the conversion order form.

 

Step 4: We Convert to HTML

Once your conversion order is received, a member of the ezMail team goes to work converting your design into a new email campaign. We will also ensure your campaign is CAN-SPAM compliant by inserting the necessary company and unsubscribe information. Our conversions have a two business-day guaranteed turnaround, but most orders will be completed much quicker. A member of our team may contact you if questions arise during the conversion process.

 

Step 5: Campaign Ready to Send

When the conversion is completed, the design will be loaded into your ezMail account as a new campaign and you will be notified via email. If any last minute revisions need to be made, they can usually be handled via the built-in campaign editor. If you would like to reuse a converted design at a later date (ie. a recurring newsletter or promotion), previously sent emails can be easily duplicated and modified with the built-in editor to create a new campaign.
